F&B Supervisor

A beautiful countryside hotel is looking for a talented F&B Supervisor to join their team in Reading on a full-time basis.

They have been a prominent events venue for the last 30 years, renowned for their Weddings, Christmas parties, and Corporate events.

They are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and passionate people who can join their team and add value to the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to channel your organisational skills whilst enjoying the amiable atmosphere of their hotel!

About the Company

This hotel is situated within 34 acres of the beautiful Berkshire countryside in the village. The hotel is the perfect setting for exclusive and sophisticated Weddings and Events.

Their permanent marquees are situated within the grounds of the hotel which allows for glamorous and exclusive entertaining. Their team has over 25 years of experience and makes sure your event is everything you planned it to be and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up for functions and clean up of marquee and other areas
• Setting up the restaurant for breakfast
• Working during the events including serving drinks in the bar
• Organising back of house
• Cashing up
• Opening and closing of the venue
• Event management
• Must be customer service focused

Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include setting tables, tidying and general maintenance.
