Nursery Teacher
  • Location: Brent, London
  • Job Type: Part-time (Permanent)
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Start Date: September

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis starting this September. The successful candidate will be working with nursery children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and is looking to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering engaging and educational activities within the EYFS framework.
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for nursery children.
  • Planning and preparing lessons tailored to the needs of each child.
  • Assessing the development and progress of children and reporting to parents and carers.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching.
  • Attending staff meetings and contributing to the development of the nursery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Level 3 in Childcare will be considered if the candidate has the right experience.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with nursery-aged children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
