Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher

Location: Northamptonshire

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality education and care to young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all learners in the EYFS stage.
*Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore and learn.
*Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
*Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, ensuring that teaching practices are aligned with best practices and educational standards.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their continuous development.
*Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behavior, adhering to school policies and procedures.
*Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities as required.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
*Proven experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
*Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate young learners, fostering a love for learning.
*Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
