Our primary school are Ofsted rated 'Good', a lovely school to work for, and are based in Runcorn. They have both an award winning Nursery and fantastic Reception class, which will provide you with a great opportunity to enhance your experience across the whole of EYFS. The school has a great reputation for maximising their pupils potential and for providing their staff with a platform to flourish.

As an EYFS TA, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other staff in the team and to be day to day support for the Class Teacher. You will help them to prepare lesson materials, work with students to make sure they understand, watch, record and report the progress students make, lead classes with help from the teacher.

You will have strong communication skills as you will need to effectively communicate with children, parents and other staff. You will also be adept at developing positive relationships with children and staff, in order to assist in their progress and attainment, whilst also having a positive approach to managing children's behaviour.

As an EYFS TA you will endeavour to ensure the pupils under your care are excited about coming to school each day and are eager to progress, whilst also progressing your own career. You will be given opportunities to build your experience, gain new CPD & training and ultimately to enhance your own career.
