About the Role

As EYFS Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our early years program. Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the EYFS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

• Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring that each child receives individualized support and reaches their full potential

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a similar setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.

• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
