Exterior Painter

Location: Predominantly Westminster with work across the Greater London area.

Salary £33,000 per annum plus bonus (minimum £2k)

Full Time, PERMANENT

Thomann-Hanry carries out painting, restoration, and cleaning to the finest residential and commercial properties in London - more than half of our projects are on listed buildings such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting painters who feel they can offer the exceptional standards of work that Thomann-Hanry provide to their clients. Projects are typically in Westminster with our depot and offices based in Park Royal. Car parking is available for staff at our offices.

The Candidate:

Whilst an exceptional standard of work is expected it is important to us that candidates have good communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients, as well as the ability to present themselves and follow the company ethos.

Essential Requirements and Experience:

  • Blue CSCS Card.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience and/or hold an NVQ in painting.
  • Previous experience of working on high-end projects and painting sash windows.
  • Experience in operating truck mount platforms (category 3a and self-propelled booms category 3b).
  • Experience using ‘Repair Care’ resin.
  • The majority of work will fall between Monday-Friday but the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is essential.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working at heights in a predominantly outdoor environment.
  • IPAF certification.
