Export Services Co-Ordinator
Principle Duties Expert Services Co-ordinator
The role will primarily be to process small works from quoting to delivery to invoicing in a timely and efficient manner. Supporting the Expert Services Sales team with renewal and new maintenance contracts.
Primary responsibilities
• General administration of customer orders from initial receipt to final invoicing and filing
• Monitor Customers order system and act accordingly
• Raise sales quotations for any recommendations made by the engineers
• Process subsequent customer orders
• Co-ordinate and organise engineer visits to site
• Purchasing of stock and consumable equipment
• Liaise with sub-contractors where necessary
Secondary Responsibilities
Filing
Assist in answering the telephone for whole company.
Maintain the order list
Additional tasks as required in line with department/company strategic goals Key performance Indicators.
Meet Department annual operational targets Position in the organisation.
Reports to Expert Services Sales Manager
Education & background required.
Experience in customer service and sales administration/Order processing.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Invoicing and purchasing
Data entry onto internal internet based database.
