In this office role, you'll be providing world-class customer service to their international partners. This will include; ensuring all enquiries for international territories are managed in a professional and timely manner, all partner quotations are supplied to a high standard and are followed up appropriately and all orders are processed accurately.

THE ROLE:
*Providing work-class customer service to international partners
*Manager orders from receipt to delivery
*Supporting customers at every stage of the order process
*Responsible that international territories are managed in a professional and timely manner
*Fully Office based

THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in an Export/International Trades roles
*Strong Customer Service acumen
*Previous background working with engineered products/medical products
*Local to Solihull
