Salary – Circa £22300 plus bonus



Are you ready to embark on a journey where fun meets innovation? Working with a leading wholesaler and distributor based in the heart of Glasgow, offering a wide array of toys, games, gadgets, and more. Working in the UK and International Markets.



This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a supportive and encouraging team, based in Glasgow, with training provided. You will be able to develop skills and provide outstanding customer service within a fantastic organisation.

Duties to include:



• Processing customer queries and orders via email and phone

• Using customers own portals and systems to load product information, confirm orders and upload invoices.

• Speaking with new customers to determine their needs and build a successful working relationship.

• Liaising with internal and third-party departments to share and gather required information.

• Following up on sales plans and being proactive in chasing customers for confirmations

You will have/be:



• Strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and able to handle complex situations.

• Previous experience and passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service.

• A confident communicator via telephone and email.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work.

• Good IT and Microsoft office skills.
