Job Title: Export Administrator

Location: Solihull

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Responsibilities:

?? Provide excellent customer service to international partners, handling enquiries and quotations professionally and promptly.

?? Ensure accurate processing of orders, maintaining communication with internal teams and external partners throughout the entire order process.

�? Support the Head of Export in on boarding new partners effectively.

?? Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance the customer journey.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

?? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

?? Solid experience in export administration.

�? Ability to work with international partners.

?? Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

?? Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.

�? Knowledge of international shipping regulations.

Technologies:

?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

?? Familiarity with CRM software.
