Experienced Town Planner

Preston / Northwest / Hybrid

My client is a dynamic Planning Consultancy who, due to their strong pipeline of work, are looking to expand their close-knit team with the addition of an Experienced Town Planner!

My client's firm is small in size, but big on experience! They have been established for almost 10 years and have some of the most versatile planning expertise in the North-West, with the same high level of expertise and knowledge as a national firm.

As part of this team, you will work on an exciting portfolio of projects across the commercial and industrial, retail and leisure, education, special housing, and residential sectors. You will work together to guide clients through the complexities of the planning system, offering the full range of planning application services on major and minor projects.

We are seeking applications from candidates who have worked, ideally, within the private sector at Planner or Senior Planner level, and who hold MRTPI Chartership, or are in the process of working towards the APC.

For the ideal candidate, my client is happy to offer a competitive starting salary, a generous accompanying benefits package, flexible and hybrid working, and much more! This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join well-rounded consultancy as part of a friendly and close-knit team.
