Experienced TA

At Engage, we specialise in providing quality support staff for over 10 years. We are working with a wonderful primary school who require an expereicned TA, who is confident in working alongside children with SEN.

The ideal applicant will:
  • Be resilient, and handle difficult situations well

  • Have confidence in supporting children with a range of complex needs

  • Have experience in SEND, Autism, ADHD, SLD, SEMH

  • Be adaptable, innovative, and creative in their approach.

The perfect candidate ideally would have a clear passion for learning and strive to support children academically, but also in terms of their regulation and wellbeing. Above all, we are looking for someone with distinctly compassionate characteristics and someone who has a great deal of empathy and positivity!

About the school:

This is a caring and supportive setting where pupils will have a variety of needs. Pupils will have SEMH, often with severe anxiety, personality disorders, depression, or trauma related mental health needs. You will work closely as a team to provide appropriate care for these children in particular.
