Experienced SEN LSA Required ASAP in Poulton-le-Fylde - UP TO £90 PER DAY

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a Special Educational Needs school in Poulton-le-Fylde, specialising in Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs. As a vital member of the team, you will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs.

Location: Poulton-le-Fylde

Hours: 8:30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday

Rate: £83-£90 per day

Your role will involve:

• Assisting with classroom activities
• Providing one-on-one support
• Fostering a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
