TSR Legal are pleased to be working with one of South Wales' most successful conveyancing law fims who are expanding their team and seeking experienced residential conveyancers to join their growing team. You'll be part of a small group, overseen by a Conveyancing Manager and supported by a conveyancing assistant and the backend team. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage your client caseload through the conveyancing process, ensuring the best interests of the client, mortgage lender, and the organisation are safeguarded according to professional standards and internal quality requirements. This entails delivering outstanding client service, adhering to internal conveyancing protocols, and meeting monthly individual and team KPIs.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with clients and introducers via phone and email, offering advice and assistance on residential property matters following company protocols using a bespoke CMS system.
• Accurately forecast monthly exchanges and completions as per company requirements, ensuring cases are concluded promptly and cost-effectively, and in compliance with professional standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Consistently meet individual and team targets for customer service, number of exchanges, timelines, and average fees.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in backend teams and our introducers to ensure a positive client experience and maintain our commercial relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in the recruitment process, you should demonstrate the following in your CV:

• Strong technical legal knowledge of land law and the conveyancing process.
• Proven experience in conveyancing, covering both freehold and leasehold titles.
• Previous experience managing your caseload in a fee-earning role, preferably within a high-volume conveyancing practice.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently meet agreed KPIs and targets.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CMS systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
