Want to work with a friendly team with flexible working options and great prospects for career progression? This could be just the role for you…

My client is a small but growing firm of accountants. Expansion of their client portfolio has caused them to engage Trial Balance to find a new and experienced member of staff to join their busy team.

This is a fairly autonomous role where you will work on a variety of practice tasks to include statutory accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax compliance, bookkeeping and VAT preparation, and client payroll. Working with a varied portfolio of clients you will also deal with client queries, offer tax and business advice, and train and support your clients with their accounting software.

Extensive experience within an accountancy practice setting is essential, but apart from this my client is quite flexible to consider applications from ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified applicants, active studiers, or candidates who have chosen not to undergo formal qualifications. Applications will be considered from candidates seeking both part and full time employment.

If this sounds like the kind of role that you have been waiting for, then I’d like to hear from you. Please apply quoting job reference RE9844 or call Rob Emsley for a confidential discussion.

Trial Balance is a market leading supplier of recruitment services to accountancy practices across the South-West and works on vacancies at all levels in a practice environment. For a confidential discussion about your career options please contact Rob Emsley, our dedicated practice specialist.
