We are full manufacturing members of the UK Cast Stone Association (UKCSA) who are known within the housebuilding industry for the high quality and service levels required from its members.

To promote and support our recognition within the industry, the company is looking to recruit the position of an Experienced Precast / Cast Stone Estimator. As a forward-thinking business, we pride ourselves on our professional yet personal service and are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role will be answer to the Commercial Director.

Requirements:

  • Previous estimating experience
  • Analysing construction drawings, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs.
  • Product knowledge preferable but not essential.
  • Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices from suppliers.
  • Staying aware of the latest construction guidelines and requirements.
  • Inputting on decisions on whether to bid or no bid on projects.
  • Working closely with key members of the team.
  • Engaging with prospective and existing customers via telephone, email and video calls.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
