Elliot Scott Group is a market leading recruitment company in the south, currently looking for experienced 360 external recruitment consultants to join our team.

We have been expanding since 2015 and have a young and dynamic team across 3 offices who are all dedicated to achieving their goals while enjoying a friendly team environment. At present, we specialise in offering both permanent and temporary roles in aviation, commercial, hospitality, construction, and industrial sectors. We are also planning to expand into other sectors that complement our current industries.

As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will be expected to source and win new business with proactive sales calls and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in winning new business, exceeding sales targets, and delivering professional service to both clients and candidates.

Additionally, the candidate should have a confident and outgoing personality, be dedicated, and determined to succeed, and be passionate and highly motivated.
