An experienced Expeditor is required to join a successful and growing manufacturing company based near Wolverhampton. The business produced high volume parts and components for the Aerospace, Oil and Gas and Nuclear industries.

Your responsibilities as an Expeditor will be -

  • Generate plans and productions packs to enable the factory to carry out work on schedule
  • Manage the orders of materials and equipment to meet customers' requirements
  • Create accurate delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal colleagues

Ideally for this role you will have experience of -

  • Prior experience working as an Expeditor/Production Planner or Materials Planner within a manufacturing environment.
  • Using MRP or ERP systems
  • Using Excel to an intermediate level

On offer in this Expeditor role -

  • Office-based working hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
  • Starting salary of £30-32k
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
