Executive Secretary/PA - Tunbridge Wells

£30,000

Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days WFH

We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary/PA, who has experience in a similar role, to join our client based in Tunbridge Wells. This is a great opportunity for someone with Admin/PA experience.

Duties include:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to executives, including managing calenders, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming calls, e-mails and other correspondence and responding, as necessary
  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare and edit confidential documents
  • Data entry, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency

The ideal candidate:

  • Highly organised and ability to use own initative
  • Have experience in a similar Administrative position
