Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their executive hiring needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Candidate Identification: Utilise a range of sourcing methods to identify and engage with executive-level candidates, both locally and internationally.
• Interview and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional network within the executive talent pool.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring successful and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Fluency in French: Utilise fluency in French to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, particularly in French-speaking markets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field.
• Fluent in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successfully placing executives in high-profile roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
