Executive Search Researcher - Graduate - Recruitment - The Role

  • Market mapping potential candidates for your clients.
  • Conducting and presenting market research to assist with head hunting searches.
  • Researching and producing market intelligence to present back to clients.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
  • Networking: Begin to build out your network within the investment banking sector.
  • Learning: Look to gain the knowledge and skills in the initial researcher role to become a fully fledged Consultant after 18 months.
