Working with major brands specifically within the technical space on extremely interesting projects

They are looking for a talented Executive Search Researcher to continue their success. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates for our executive-level positions.

Ideally you will have worked in target / task driven environment and have a natural emphasis to over delivering to meet goals.

A passion for over achieving and to be financially rewarded is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates using various online and offline resources, including databases, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Evaluate and analyse candidate profiles to assess their suitability for specific executive roles, considering qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships within the industry.
• Collaborate closely with our executive search consultants to understand client requirements and provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
