Moon Executive Search is a well-established and successful Executive Recruitment business. We work with leading global brands nationally and internationally and offer tailored bespoke solutions from discrete confidential retained executive search campaigns to tailored advertised campaigns.

We currently have three main divisions:

• Executive Search: specialising in C Suite, Chair and Non-Exec roles with listed companies, Private Equity backed businesses, family owned and start-ups across all sectors.
• IT Practice: specialising in IT and technical management roles across MSP’s, Telco’s and the digital space.
• Charity Practice: working as trusted advisors in the not for profit, charity and voluntary sectors from C Suite roles to Trustee and Governor appointments.

Our Charity Practice has grown significantly, and demand outstrips supply, so we are now seeking an additional Executive Search Consultant to join that team in Bristol.

We are ideally interested in talking to candidates with recruitment experience, or an in-house charity recruiter who enjoys a retained continuous workflow. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of using their own initiative and organised with an eye for detail.

The role will be Bristol based covering both our UK and international clients and we offer hybrid working and a lovely engaging office environment.

We have well developed support systems with an excellent CRM software package underpinning all our activity. We also have great PR presence and an impressive network of connections within the Charity and Non Profit sector as well as professional advisory firms.
