The Role:
As the Executive Head Chef, you'll be the maestro of the kitchen, orchestrating a symphony of flavours and textures. You will be responsible for inspiring fresh ideas, devising innovative menus, and mentoring your team. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, even during the busiest services. You’ll play a pivotal role in offering a modern dining experience with eclectic menus that attract a diverse clientele. Your expertise will also enhance a busy bar, conference, and events business, including private dinners and weddings.
Key Qualities and Experience:
  • Experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette level environment.
  • Proven track record of running a busy, multifunctional kitchen.
  • A desire to train, develop, and mentor your team.
  • Passion for culinary excellence, with a creative flair.
  • Strong team player with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain calm and focus during peak service times.
  • A role model for mutual respect and professionalism.
  • Ideally experienced in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting.
  • A valid Food & Hygiene Certificate (obtained in the last 3 years).
