Executive Director of Services

The Executive Director of Services is a pivotal role for Hestia. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this broad ranging position offers the opportunity to combine your strategic leadership ability and operational experience to drive a customer first approach.
As a key figurehead within Hestia's senior leadership team, you will drive innovative recovery focused and high-quality care and support services across London and the surrounding regions, as well as campaign and advocate nationally on the issues that affect customers.
With a demonstrable track record of driving performance and transforming customer experience you will inspire your teams by encouraging innovation, development, and continuous improvement across the directorate.
This role requires an accomplished leader who can demonstrate the following:
- Substantial Director level experience in Supported Housing and care and support environments
- Previous experience leading complex needs operations
- Proven ability to contribute to wider organisation strategies and functions
- Demonstrable track record operating within a compliance driven and regulated environment
- Experience of strong financial management and board accountability
- Notable success from working in partnership with stakeholders, commissioners, and key partners at a senior level
