Our client is a growing and entrepreneurial investment bank looking to hire an Executive to support their team within the Private Equity team in London. This is a busy and varied role supporting a Partner and a Director within a client-facing team. The successful EA will be proactive, able to use their initiative to manage very complex diaries and thrive in a fast-paced department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a key member of the team providing proactive and extensive support to the team. You will act as the right-hand man to the senior members of the team, helping ensure efficiency across their work processes.
  • Extensive diary management and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • International travel coordination – flights, hotels, itineraries, visas, etc
  • Inbox management for the Partner
  • Process expenses in accordance with the firm’s expense policy
  • Updating the CRM
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects
WHO YOU ARE

The ideal candidate will be organised with a ‘can do’ attitude. As an Executive Assistant, you will need to be a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in a PA/EA role supporting MD or Partners in a previous role
  • Experience working within financial services is essential 
  • Solid work history of at least 5 years in your current role.
  • Able to use your initiative
  • A people person who is comfortable working with different personality types
  • A reliable, trustworthy, and flexible person
  • Excellent communication skills
