Executive Assistant - Executive Search

A boutique executive search firm that works on global remits is looking a for proactive and experienced executive assistant to join their successful team in the heart of London providing high-level support to their 2 Senior Partners within the team 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy EA role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Client liaison and gate keeping for the Partners
  • Expense management
  • Creation of Presentations, formatting documents and compiling reports.
  • Ad-hoc office management duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have several years’ experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
  • Longevity and experience as an EA
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
  • Great sense of humour and ability to work within a smaller office environment

This role will pay up to £52k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and exceptional benefits.
