We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive or Personal Assistant to join our esteemed central government organisation.
Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand confidante to Deputy Directors or a Director and a Deputy Director. Juggling priorities, calendars, and emails with finesse. ????
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Prioritise and align diaries with short and long-term priorities.
- Masterfully resolve clashes and protect precious time for emails and admin work.
- Keep a watchful eye on team 1:1s and 'Keep-in-Touch' meetings.
- Be able to manage last-minute changes and urgent requests.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings across the department.
- Work and liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Travel arrangements and event organisation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tech Savvy: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint.
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Central Gov
- Experience in the field
