Job Title : Executive Assistant 
Salary : Up to £45K 
Job Type : Permanent 

The Role


My client are a B Corp and purpose-led communications agency seeking someone who is driven by this first and foremost. Their clients are environmental and female empowerment charities and would like someone who is interested in this element of the job. You will be supporting a team that is making the world a better place every day and looking for ways to drive efficiency while working hand-in-glove with the CEO.  

What You’ll Do :
  • You will be a key member of the ‘Culture Team’ that drives the overall culture of the organisation
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and lunch bookings
  • Maintain and monitor employee database and project management system
  • Drafting contracts
  • Event management
  • Work with the accounts team to raise and approve invoices and process team expenses
  • Involvement with HR tasks such as facilitating recruitment, onboarding new employees and managing payroll
  • Organising gifts for clients
  • Diary management for CEO
Who you are :
  • Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
  • Experience in a start-up envrionment ideal
  • Process implementation experience desired
  • Proven experience of multitasking and prioritising workloads
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
