Executive Assistant
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office-based

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive teams within the business. This role is initially a contract role however, this may lead to a permanent position within the organisation.


Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, arrange calls, and coordinate business travel
- Organise offsite events, conferences, and meetings
- Collate information for monthly and annual Board Packs
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations
- Conduct ad-hoc projects and research as required
- Screen calls, email inquiries, and requests for the Executive team

Skills & Experience:
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in research, analysis, and presentation of information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Honest, reliable, and proactive

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
