Job Title: Executive Assistant - Entertainment Team (Global Law Practice)

Location: London, City (Hybrid opportunity)

Our client is a prestigious global law practice renowned for their expertise in Entertainment Law. The firm represents high-profile clients in the entertainment & Media industry, they are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior Partner within their funky and dynamic Entertainment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Partner's complex schedule, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, handling communication on behalf of the Partner and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Conduct research and compile information for presentations and meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external partners on behalf of the Partner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA supporting at a high level, preferably within a legal or entertainment environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced workload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in supporting legal professionals is a plus.
  • Interest in the gaming industry would be highly advantageous.
