Executive Assistant - VC London/W1
A lovely opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant (2-5 years experience) from a fast paced VC, Investments or similar environment who is looking to join a dynamic, modern and expanding environment for their next step and grow with the company.
Joining this leading International Venture Capital firm in start-up mode in Central London, created to expand the organisations reach in Europe, you will support a Principal and an incoming high level Partner with extensive diary management, national and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodation and transport links, meeting scheduling, gatekeeping, meeting & greeting guests, expenses management and working as a team, alongside 2 other EA's, to keep the office running smoothly.

In addition to the relevant experience you will be tech savvy (Gsuite & MS Office/Slack/Whatsapp are used daily) and have exceptional communication skills. Graduate calibre much preferred, EA experience is essential (2-5 years,), used to working in a high-pressure dynamic environment is paramount. You will have a can-do attitude, genuinely no task is too small mentality to be successful and equally capable to work at pace with exceptional attention to detail. A good sense of humour and personable nature will suit the culture!
They are based from the office approx. 4 days a week with 1 day WFH with flexible/more relaxed hybrid working during their quieter periods in the Summer and Christmas. The package will include a highly competitive basic, bonus and benefits to include pension and top private healthcare.
