Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Executve Assistant

Location:         Liverpool

Rate:                £33,600 Per annum

Length:            Permanent

Hours:              35 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO and other members of SMT
  • Where required, act as a point of contact with external partners and stakeholders including other registered providers, local authorities, contractors and developers
  • Manage and coordinate responses to councillor/MP enquiries
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments, including forward looking and planning
  • Arrange SMT meetings and attend as a note taker, develop action trackers and chase for updates ahead of meetings
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Remind the CEO and other SMT members of important tasks and deadlines and keep them appraised on other key matters which require their attention

The successful candidate must have previous experience with a similar role and be available at short notice.
