We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team (CEO & 2 strategic directors)

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in Hemel with an WFH 2-3 days per week option available.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments (multiple diary experience and outlook is a must)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide general clerical support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management procedures
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
