An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join one of the UK’s leading Mediation companies. My client is seeking a highly organised and efficient EA to provide high-level support to the CEO and Director of Training. This part-time position entails 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 1pm and requires an enhanced DBS check.

As the got to person for diary management, meeting preparation and executive liaison, you will be at the heart of the operation, ensuring smooth sailing for the company leaders. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in an EA role, have exceptional time and workload management skills, strong communication abilities and proficient in Microsoft Office. The role is based in the company’s new offices situated in North London, 5 mins walk from the Northern Line.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • High level support to the Founder and CEO and Director of Training.
  • Support will include but not be limited to diary management, meeting preparation and note taking, and executive liaison with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and address any requirements to enhance the Directors efficiency.
  • Efficiently manage the Directors diaries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Arranging travel as required.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Any other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to you.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Three to five years experience in an executive administrative role.
  • Outstanding time and workload management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High standard of English oral and written communication.
  • Organised, reliable and highly efficient.
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate to advance level.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
