Executive Assistant to the CEO of a leading Healthcare Inverstment Firm
£60,000 (12 Month Maternity Cover)
Hybrid Role 3 days WFH - Central London
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management
- Supporting the CEO on a day-to-day basis
- Local/International travel sworking across time zones
- Organising catering for internal meetings
- Correspondence, document collation, filing, printing & binding
- Legal documentation
- Conference roadshow meeting coordination and scheduling
- Day to day operational office management
Skills required
- Graduate calibre with demonstration of experience of working at C-Suite level
- Eye for detail
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Financial or Legal background is desirable
