Executive Assistant to the CEO of a leading Healthcare Inverstment Firm

£60,000 (12 Month Maternity Cover)

Hybrid Role 3 days WFH - Central London

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Supporting the CEO on a day-to-day basis
  • Local/International travel sworking across time zones
  • Organising catering for internal meetings
  • Correspondence, document collation, filing, printing & binding
  • Legal documentation
  • Conference roadshow meeting coordination and scheduling
  • Day to day operational office management

Skills required

  • Graduate calibre with demonstration of experience of working at C-Suite level
  • Eye for detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills
  • Financial or Legal background is desirable
