This role will provide high quality, efficient, administrative support to the Global Head, CSL Quality (CSL Seqirus and Enterprise Functions) and the Quality Leadership Team.

You will maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and privacy and abiding by Company policy.

The Quality Leadership team are located globally.

To maximise productivity and collaboration, Hybrid working is offered the successful applicant will be expected to be at closest office-based for a proportion of the week.

The role must be Northern Hemisphere based  

Responsibilities include: -

  • To provide high quality, efficient, confidential administrative support to the Global Head, CSL Quality (CSL Seqirus and Enterprise Functions) and the Quality Leadership Team
  • Maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and privacy and abiding by Company policy.
  • Extensive calendar and meeting management for Global Head, CSL Quality: Skillfully manages appointments of the VP, scheduling across multiple time zones and dual hemispheres, involving other senior executives inside and outside the company which may need to be scheduled at short notice.  This can include scheduling external partnering meetings and senior leaders to make best use of time.
  • Screens and responds to incoming correspondence, enquiries, and phone calls.
  • Prepares reports, documents. expense reports, & PO’s using SAP, Companion and Concur
  • Monitors and approves standard expenditures to ensure activities are conducted within established budgets.
  • Establishes good networks and collaborations with peers among EA colleagues across the business to manage complex diary scheduling.
  • Create and manage PO’s via SAP, goods receipting as per agreed invoice schedule and confirmed with project/budget owner.
  • Manages local and international travel of Leadership team members, which can include multiple stop overs and complex itineraries around the world.
  • Establishes a strong and effective network across CSL to maximise efficiency and role-model collegiate ways of working.

Skills, Experience: -

  • High School level qualification or equivalent vocational or technical training
  • Minimum of 5 years' administrative support experience, including at least one role directly supporting a senior executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative mindset.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to calmly organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
