Our client, a leading art gallery, is seeking an ambitious and driven Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Deputy CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for a career-driven individual to learn and grow within the organization, with the potential for significant career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Deputy CEO's schedule, taking meeting notes, acting as a gatekeeper, and liaising with the senior management team. Additionally, the EA will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen and contribute to strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy CEO.
  2. Manage the Deputy CEO's diary and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  4. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
  5. Liaise with the senior management team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Demonstrate a business-minded approach, contributing insights and ideas to support organizational goals.
  7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is desirable.
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  5. Commitment to long-term career growth and development within the organisation.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience and ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
