What You Will Do:

In the role of Account Executive, you will be pivotal in providing quotations for new business and renewals with the goal of maximizing sales and retention targets. Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a mentor and referral point for less experienced staff, guiding and supporting them as the branch expands.
• Engaging with clients via phone and email to deliver superior customer service.
• Analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Adhering to company policies and underwriting authority limits while pinpointing areas for improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: We are seeking candidates with a strong sales background who have consistently performed above average within their team. Preference will be given to those with prior insurance experience. Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. We value self-motivated individuals capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Qualifications: A Cert CII qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
