What You Will Do:

As a Broking Manager, you will:

• Provide crucial leadership to the Broking Team, ensuring they receive all necessary support and acting as the technical referral point for complex risks and complaints.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurers to secure the best deals.
• Contribute strategic insights into the business direction as you transition towards a board-level role.
• Participate in Board Level meetings to gain valuable experience and exposure required for your future role as Broking Director.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: Candidates must have a proven track record in commercial insurance, ideally with robust knowledge of Cpntractors risks. Previous experience in managing staff and strong insurer relationships are highly beneficial.

Skills: We are looking for someone with exceptional soft skills. You should be approachable, genuinely interested in the welfare and development of your team, and possess the ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt to changing environments.

Leadership: As a potential future leader of the company, you need to be someone who can make independent decisions while also benefiting from a non-micromanaging, supportive MD.
