The role of an Exam Invigilator is to supervise students during their examinations and ensure the correct examination processes are followed. Other responsibilities include:
• Supporting and working together with the exams team
• Monitoring students attendance and behaviour
• Setting up the room before the exam
• Ensuring any relevant equipment is available to the students
• Collecting the exam papers at the end of the exam
• Reporting any incidents to the Exams Officer
• Ensuring students are sat in the correct seats
This is a fantastic opportunity for people that are looking to work in an educational setting, or for people that are looking for part time, casual work. The busiest periods for exams will be between November and July and you will have the flexibility of choosing to work either full days or part days. The hours will be between 8:30 and 15:30.
