About Us:
We are currently seeking friendly and approachable individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of exams and maintaining a fair and secure environment for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure pupils comply with examination rules and regulations.
Assist in the collection of exam scripts and ensure accurate recording of candidate details.
Provide written reports to the Examination Officer in case of any discrepancies or irregularities during exams.

Requirements:

Available to work during exam periods in May, and June.
Able to commit to at least four sessions per week, with varying session lengths.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Confidence in communicating with staff and pupils.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Main Duties:

Maintain a calm environment to facilitate successful exam completion.
Assist in organizing pupils at the start and end of each exam session.
Ensure correct information and materials are provided for the smooth conduct of exams.
Vigilantly monitor exam proceedings and report any suspected malpractice to the Examination Officer.

Personal Qualities:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Confident and effective communicator.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
