We are currently seeking friendly and approachable individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of exams and maintaining a fair and secure environment for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure pupils comply with examination rules and regulations.
- Assist in the collection of exam scripts and ensure accurate recording of candidate details.
- Provide written reports to the Examination Officer in case of any discrepancies or irregularities during exams.
- Available to work during exam periods in May, and June.
- Able to commit to at least four sessions per week, with varying session lengths.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Confidence in communicating with staff and pupils.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Maintain a calm environment to facilitate successful exam completion.
- Assist in organizing pupils at the start and end of each exam session.
- Ensure correct information and materials are provided for the smooth conduct of exams.
- Vigilantly monitor exam proceedings and report any suspected malpractice to the Examination Officer.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
