Exam Invigilator

TimePlan Education are working with Secondary School in London who are needing support during their upcoming summer exam period.

Exam Invigilator job duties include :

  • Ensuring all candidates have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities
  • Ensuring the security of the examination before, during and after the examination
  • Preventing possible candidate malpractice
  • Preventing possible administrative failures
  • Liaising with the examination officer and senior invigilator


Hours of work
The school will be needing someone from Monday 15th May - Wednesday 22nd June every day from 08:00am - 3:30pm

Experience to work as an Exam Invigilator

Experience isn't need for this role as you will need to undertake our online training which will see you meet the JCQ (Joint Council for Qualification) requirements.

We do however the individual to have :

  • Excellent level of English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Can pay attention to detail
  • Well-presented & punctual
