Exam Invidulator
Job Duties:
- Supervise and monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with exam regulations
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials
- Assist with setting up exam rooms and ensuring they are equipped appropriately
- Handle any issues or disruptions that may arise during exams
- Report any irregularities or breaches of exam protocols to the relevant authorities
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliability and punctuality
Education:
- Minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent)
We are working on behalf of several schools with the Merseyside area to recruit several Exam Invigilators to support the up coming exams periods.
Experience:
- Previous experience in exam invigilation or similar role is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of exam procedures and regulations
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a similar role
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with full-time hours
- Work may involve standing for extended periods
- Adherence to strict exam protocols and regulations
