Overview of the Role:

Join our client as an Events & Office Administrator in their fun and collaborative Head Office team based in Chiswick, West London (Hybrid: 3/2 Office/Home). This position entails a variety of responsibilities primarily centred around online event coordination, administration, and customer service to help ensure the smooth delivery of their online training courses.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ full-time employed experience working in training or events administration, or a similar role which required a high level of organisation, customer service, and administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ full-time employed customer service work experience in an office-based role, adept in handling a high volume of calls and email communications with accuracy.
  • Experience in generating weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Zoom, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to easily commute to Turnham Green, West London.
  • Must be available immediately or within 1-2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and set up online events, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, managing relationships and communications effectively.
  • Compile event reports to enhance future event planning and execution.
  • Manage general office duties, including handling calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Support the training team with the preparation and distribution of materials and manage participant attendance records.
