Job title: Event Executive

Location: Brentford

Hourly rate: £13.84 - £15.38

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

Duration: 3 weeks minimum

We're on the lookout for an Events Executive to join a busy team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating a diverse range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars. This is a temporary role for a min of 3 weeks, which requires someone to start asap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamless Coordination: Handle logistics like a pro, including venue bookings, supplier liaisons, and print needs, to ensure our events shine.
  • Web Presence Wizardry: Craft captivating web pages that draw attendees in and keep them engaged from click to close.
  • Staff Empowerment: Arm our team with detailed briefs so they're ready to dazzle during every event.
  • Adaptation Expertise: Stay cool under pressure, anticipating and resolving last-minute changes with ease.
  • Supplier Relations: Build strong partnerships to ensure smooth collaboration and top-notch event services.

Person Specification:

  • Proven Track Record: Show us your experience in successfully coordinating events across the board.
  • Organisation and Communication: Your organisational skills and clear communication are top-notch, keeping everything on track and everyone in the loop.
  • Detail-Oriented: You don't miss a beat, even when the pressures on.
  • Flexibility: Ready to pivot at a moment's notice and tackle whatever comes your way.
