We are on the lookout for a dynamic Events Coordinator for a key client based in Crawley to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standards.

Day to Day of the Role:

Coordinate all event activities and operations, from planning to execution.

Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and ensure all services meet event specifications.

Manage event set-up, tear down, and follow-ups.

Create and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns.

Conduct market research and gather information to inform event possibilities.

Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.

Propose ideas to improve services and event quality.

Ensure compliance with health and safety obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role.

A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent vendor management skills.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A team player with leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.

Degree in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
