This is a great opportunity for a junior events specialist to join an agile and progressive international law firm based in the firm's London office.

The successful applicant will support the firm’s Event Manager in the planning and coordination of digital webinars, hybrid and in-person events. Having researched market trends and data to improve the quality of events, including competitor events, online event platforms and hybrid event formats, you will work collaboratively with marketing, design and digital teams to collate event related assets and must ensure event-related presentations are brand compliant. Key duties will include the coordination of diaries and production of regular registration reports for internal stakeholders, outlining key deadlines, preparation of invitations and event-related email communications and ensuring the firm’s website and internal marketing hub is kept up to date to notify clients and stakeholders of upcoming events. On the day, the Events Coordinator will act as the on-site point of contact during live events, ensuring seamless execution of event logistics and resolving any arising issues promptly, and will be responsible for coordinating internal and external speakers and for collaborating with catering and facilities teams to ensure event spaces and requirements are met as planned.

This role would best suit someone early in their events career who already has some experience in supporting the delivery of face-to-face and virtual events, ideally gained whilst working within a professional services environment. With high attention to detail and strong organisation and copywriting skills, including the ability to appropriately adapt style to different audiences and channels, the Events Coordinator will understand how to deliver events to budget and will be able to demonstrate past success in working with external suppliers.
