Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to work on a hybrid basis for a fab company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The Event Production Manager will manage the event production from start to finish, event logistics, liaising with suppliers to Health & Safety and ensuring the events add value, retention and acquisition and revenue growth. This is an ideal event management role for someone with proven Events; festivals, pop up events, outdoor type events.

Salary: £40K + excellent company benefits

Location: Hybrid working - East Grinstead, West Sussex

Event Manager duties:

  • Manage the event production in the delivery of projects, campaigns and events
  • Monitor and work to event budgets
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and negotiations on costs
  • Produce and manage event safety plans and assessments
  • Managing H&S requirements, event plans and on-site H&S implementation
  • Research and develop new event opportunities
  • Post-event feedback to stakeholders

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar Event Production, Event management type role
  • Understanding of contract management and producing, managing Event Safety Plans
  • Proven Events experience, ideally have experience of Festivals / Outdoor / Pop up events etc
